Headlining the festival is the STAYCEE PEARL dance project based out of Pittsburgh, Penn. STAYCEE PEARL  dance project explores innovative conceptual possibilities and boasts of diverse casting that produces programming around compelling concepts and themes inspired by social and political issues.
