Bad Time to Quit Carbs

This month, members of the Johnson & Wales University club Operation: Peace, Love & Bread, which is devoted to sharing baked goods with food banks, shelters and other PVD missions, spent two days baking enough bread to create a 7-foot-tall Christmas tree. The fruits of their labor is currently on display on the JWU Harborside Campus, decorated with pretzels and a 10-foot garland of baguette rounds. You know how you can’t keep your cat out of your Christmas tree? Yeah … we feel you, kitty. Don’t let us anywhere near this bread tree.
