Did you make any resolutions for 2014? No, because I think if you want to do something badly enough, you should just do it. Life is too short to wait.
What does good health mean to you? It encompasses the whole package — diet, mental and physical health. You should eat what you want, be positive, try to see through the negative, and challenge yourself daily.
What’s the strangest health tip or craze you’ve ever heard of or tried? The hot pepper diet. I haven’t tried it because I don’t do well with jalapenos.
Tell us something we don’t know about you! When I was 11 years old, I was stuck for almost three hours in an elevator by myself at Caesar’s Palace Hotel in Atlantic City. I don’t use elevators anymore.
