Francesca’s is where Connie’s was for decades, until a revolving door series (The Corner Diner, Red Maple) passed through. Francesca’s is named after new owner Edgar’s mother. Serving traditional American and Mexican for breakfast and lunch, 7am – 3pm seven days a week, dine-in or take-away. Back 40: Former Miss USA and Miss Universe Olivia Culpo has opened this culinary establishment after over a year of construction. The new restaurant has multiple dining areas, a lounge with 40 high top tables and 25 bar seats, craft beers, 24 taps and a cocktail program.
