What do you never leave home without?
Lipstick! Sometimes just wearing it can be enough to perk up my day. I think may I need a support group though, I have almost three dozen!

What’s your biggest pet peeve?
People who continue driving with their directional on after they’ve turned or switched lanes. I’m that person behind you making gestures trying to get you to turn it off.

What’s your favorite book?
Any vintage cookbook, I love picking them up at yard sales and have a collection. I’m a personal chef and food educator during the daytime, so I love diving into a little bit of culinary history.

What’s your favorite movie?
Such a tough question. Currently, the new Avengers: Infinity War! Always, Breakfast at Tiffany’s. It’s one of those movies you can curl up with some popcorn when you have a case of the mean reds. For a laugh, Super Troopers.

What’s your favorite TV show?
Anything on Masterpiece Theatre. I’m a bit of an anglophile like that.

Have you ever been arrested or had a run-in with the law?
I wish I could say I did, just for a good story. I was on the other side of the law enforcement fence. I used to want to be a police officer and went on ride alongs. Must’ve been something about the uniforms and handcuffs.

Tell us a secret!
I’m a huge sci-fi geek! I’d fit right in on The Big Bang Theory. My car is named “River Song” and is a shade of TARDIS blue and I taped my fingers together in the 3rd grade so I could do the Vulcan salute.

It’s our “Salute to Legends” on Saturday, May 19! Tickets are available on EventBrite.com. Come see performances to songs by musical legends old and new. From classic song writers like Willie Nelson to more recent rockers Bon Jovi or Guns and Roses. This month proves to be another sequin shining, tassel teasing, feather flying night of fun!
