One of the big ideas behind this drink and all the ones that I try to create for these competitions, plus cocktail menus, is that I want them to be somewhat familiar but with a different element to them. Rapid infusing spirits is a fun way to pack a ton of flavor in a short amount of time, and in the winter, rosemary and cranberry felt like a natural choice.
