Hope & Thyme. This market is opening in the space that used to house Fertile Underground. From the minds and hearts that feed the West Side at Hudson Street Deli, this is a reduced packaging/bulk-conscious style market with healthy grab-and-go options. There are plans for a salad bar, fresh pressed juice, coffee and espresso, meats and produce. Everything is stocked with an attempt to remain as local as possible. Cluck! is moving. This has been a long time coming, but this week is their last in the PVD location. The new location in Cranston is planning to open in Feb, but there isn’t an official date yet. All feed customers can contact the owner to continue service. 399 Broadway, PVD. cluckri.com
