Heather Rigney is an artist, writer, and educator who lives with her family in Pawtuxet Village. She is the author of the award-winning Merrow Trilogy, a historical fantasy which explores Narragansett Bay mermaids. Secretly, Heather despises mermaids, but don’t tell anyone.
