
Nothing says springtime to me like spritzers. Traditionally most of my favorites would be made with champagne, however I find the Prosecco crafts a better sip. These are stress-free and easy to build in glass. So put your feet up outside preferably, soak up some springtime sun and enjoy a refreshing moment.
CRANBERRY GINGER APEROL SPRITZ
1 ½ oz Aperol
½ oz Ginger Liquor
½ oz Honey Syrup (two parts honey to one part hot water)
1 oz Cranberry Juice
4 oz Prosecco
Combine all ingredients in a wine glass with ice, stir to combine. Top with seltzer water. Garnish with fresh cranberries.
LIMONCELLO SPRITZ
2 oz Limoncello
½ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Lemon Juice
4 oz Prosecco

ASIAN PEAR SPRITZER
1 ½ oz Grey Goose Pear
½ oz St Germaine
½ oz Yuzu Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
4 oz Prosecco
