Lawyer James J. Skeffington took a walking tour Thursday of the former Route 195 land in Providence where he and other owners of the PawSox hope to build a new stadium for the team. Brown University owns a northern parcel of the land, where its Admissions Office is currently located. The southern section had been slated for a public park.
