Eating local is a trend that isn’t stopping anytime soon. This summer, why not take it one step further and drink local? We’ve gathered recipes using the best local mixers and liquors so you can serve a home-grown cocktail at your next summer soiree.

Dave’s Coffee Syrup
Spiked Coffee Milk
Combine 2 ounces of Dave’s Coffee Syrup with one ounce of vodka and one ounce of Baileys Irish Cream. Add a dash of cinnamon, shake well, and strain into a glass full of ice. Add a dusting of cinnamon and a splash of whole milk, and enjoy a grown-up version of your favorite childhood drink.

Granny Squibb’s Iced Teas
The Squibb Wreck
Combine one part dark rum with three parts Granny Squibb’s Mojito Lime Iced Tea. Pour it over ice, add a sprig of mint and a slice of lime, and sip it on a steamy summer night.

Sons of Liberty
Loyal Lemonade
Combine 2 ounces of Sons of Liberty’s Loyal 9 Mint Cucumber Vodka with 5 ounces of local frozen lemonade. Mr. Lemon or Del’s? We’re not playing favorites!

Yacht Club Soda
