The Red Shed Bike Shop (RSBS) is a program of the Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council (WRWC). We started it to get people on bikes and keep bikes out of the river. The RSBS is located in Riverside Park at 50 Aleppo Street along the Fred Lippitt, Woonasquatucket River Greenway (Greenway), a seven mile path that runs from downtown Providence into Johnston. Revenue from the RSBS repairs, bike sales and donations of bikes help the WRWC run our summer Bike Camp program. Perfect for ages 8 – 14. Bike Camp includes a free bike, lock, helmet, riding lessons, basic bike repair skills and river and nature classes in a one-week session.
