Motif Magazine’s Battle of the Bands is back for the 4th time! Local musicians will duke it out (in a fun way) to win the approval of you, the voting populace, as well as a cash prize.
There will be 4 preliminary rounds:
Friday, July 17, 6:30 PM at Fête
Featuring: Breachway, Maintenance, Second Place Trophy, and Taxidermy
Friday, July 31, 6:30 PM at Narragansett Brewery
Featuring: The Water Project, The Felt Time, I’m Not Crying You’re Crying, and Mostly Bugs
Saturday, August 8, 5 PM at Track 15
Featuring: Sayles Hill, Lainey Dionne, Cosmic Factory, and The Benji’s
Friday, August 28, 7 PM at Medici
Featuring: Teevio and the Aces, Ike Dee + The 3, The Xtet, and Hemlok
The respective winners will battle for the grand prize at PVDFest, Saturday, September 19 (5:20 – 8:20).
