The Avenue Concept and The Dean Hotel have partnered to bring an experimental public art event to the City of Providence. In conjunction with The Providence International Arts Festival (P.I.A.F.), The Avenue Concept will take over the parking lot at The Dean Hotel for an entire day of programming, exhibition and interactive public art.
