Hope & Main and the American Culinary Federation (RI chapter) are pleased to announce their locally-sourced, three-course Lobster Boil fundraiser on September 25, which is also National Lobster Day. Guests will be served a FULL LOBSTER MEAL IN A FAMILY-STYLE SETTING. Plus, live music, appetizers and a dessert buffet featuring Hope & Main member products, a Blount chowder station, silent auctions, and locally made beers and spirits. Proceeds from the tantalizing event will create opportunities for aspiring chefs and food entrepreneurs to pursue their culinary dreams.
