Celebrate Crosswinds Poetry Journal’s 8th annual Spring Contest issue book launch.

Where: Warwick Center for the Arts, Warwick, RI
Hear Robert Clinton, the Grand-Prize-winner read his poem, selected from the over 1,500 poems submitted by poets from around the United States and abroad. Meet the editors of Crosswinds Poetry Journal, Rhode Island’s largest journal of poetry, and listen as they read selected poems from this year’s contest edition. Also featuring 5 accomplished Rhode Island poets who will read their works.

Music to be performed by the well-known and talented Cathy Clasper-Torch. Although she’s far too humble to have suggested any tribute, we’ll be giving just that to Margie Flanders, who will be retiring from her seven-year role as Managing Editor of Crosswinds.
Light refreshments to be served. Seating is limited and on a first come/first served basis.
