The East Providence Arts Council (EPAC) will host their First Annual Art Festival at historic Crescent Park. The art festival, affectionately known as “the looff, a whirlwind of art, music and life,” is featuring over 60 artists and craftspeople from the New England area demonstrating and selling their work.
