Child & Family will celebrate 150 years of providing support for children and families with a Family Day Celebration & Dedication on the grounds of the Trinity Episcopal Church located in Queen Anne’s Square, Newport, RI. Partnering with us are two iconic and historic Newport entities, Trinity Episcopal Church (est. 1698) and the John Stevens Shop (est. 1705). Child & Family’s Family Day (11:00am – 3:00pm) will include a public dedication of engraved stone benches in Newport, celebrating Child & Family’s legacy and the important role of “Family” in our community. Join us for this fun-filled family day of entertainment, food and fun activities in the heart of Newport.
