Judee Burr

Judee Burr is a freelance writer, farmer and activist living in Providence, RI, originally from Coventry. She works at Freedom Food Farm in Massachusetts, serves on the Environmental Council of Rhode Island and the board of Groundwork RI, organizes with Standing Up for Racial Justice RI (SURJ RI), and thinks a lot about building an equitable and just environmental movement. She may be spotted playing tennis around the city or eating the vegan reuben at AS220. She writes about sustainability, science and culture.
