Congratulations, friends and strangers alike: We’ve made it through the bulk of the coldest season here in RI! Fortunately for us, there are several EDM events happening locally over the next few weeks to help thaw our still-winter-bound bones and warm our electronic-loving souls. Brrr! Winter is finally here. I miss the old days when it would begin in December and then that one warm day in February came like a beacon of hope that winter was waning. Now we just get three months of suck in the wasteland between fall and spring only to get walloped in February. […]
Okee dokee folks … Last week I saw Bruce Springsteen in Boston thanks to the generosity of my friends Denise, Mike and Paula. (Thank you!) There was no way I could afford a ticket to that show even if I could have gotten my hands on one. All 16,500 tickets were long gone, but my […]

Okee dokee folks … Enough already! Death seriously needs to take a holiday … or move on to a new category of people. Our most talented artists are leaving much, much too soon. Lemmy, Frey, Bowie, Kantner … if this keeps up, we will be left with nothing but Kanye and the Kardashians. Scary. Here’s […]
