As Save The Bay works to protect and improve Narragansett Bay, Taste of The Bay is a festive, sunset celebration of the flavors, sights and sounds of Narragansett Bay.
Guests enjoy delicious food and beverages from local restaurants, shell fishermen, bakeries, breweries, and wineries, all while surrounded by the beautiful upper Narragansett Bay and the musical sounds of Rhode Island favorite Bob Tomassone.
The annual fundraiser also features raffle gift baskets and gift cards provided by favorite local food trucks, restaurants, entertainment and businesses. Guests are also welcome to attend the organization’s annual meeting at 5:30 pm, during which Save The Bay will present its annual environmental awards.
Save The Bay welcomes more than 30 Rhode Island vendors to the event this year, including longtime supporters RI Shellfisherman’s Association, Bottles Fine Wine, Whole Foods, Narragansett Beer, Granny Squibb Company, and Sons of Liberty Spirits Company. Some of the many new vendors joining the event this year include Matunuck Oyster Bar, Two Ten Oyster Bar, Ocean State Smoked Fish, Ted’s Montana Grill, Preppy Pig BBQ, Yacht Club Soda and Narragansett Creamery.
