LOCAL GREEN: Meet & Greets are a fun opportunity to try a new restaurant featuring local sourcing, organic ingredients and community involvement, learn about Urban Greens Food Co-op’s work to open a full scale grocery store, and meet sustainability-minded local folks.
From 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm: Rogue Island Local Kitchen & Bar, a full-service restaurant located in the historic Arcade Providence that focuses on local, in-season ingredients. The menu includes appetizers, sandwiches, and entrees that focus on heritage protein, day caught fish, and heirloom vegetables; with a focus on ingredients found within 50 miles from Providence. Their bar menu features a combination classic favorites and creative concoctions that utilize the freshest possible ingredients. From 6:30 - 8:00: New Harvest Coffee & Spirits, Located in the historic Arcade Providence, New Harvest Coffee & Spirits features a variety of coffees fresh from their roastery, and an ever-changing selection of whiskies from around the world.
