Over 30 seasonal brews and savory German cuisine including brats, sausages and Bavarian pretzels complement the lively and spirited sound of music spilling from the Biergartens. Spitze! and HSV Bavarian Folk Dancers perform throughout the weekend with traditional and modern German dancing, bellringing, yodeling and beer drinking songs.
