In Donald Margulies’ play, two journalists who have covered wars in the Middle East for a long time, come to grips with their professional and personal lives and the constant re-definition of morality. At its core, this is a love story set in the turbulent times and stress laden lives of James (a principled war correspondent recovering from an emotional breakdown brought on by over exposure to the brutality of endless, armed conflict) and Sarah (a top photojournalist recovering from injuries sustained in a roadside bombing in Iraq.)
