In a quaint little garden, you hear three knocks. The most magical, tiny door opens up, and in exchange for a gold coin there appears a delicious, fancy concoction decorated with delicate garnishes – a floral and spice surprise in a beautiful glass. As you sit around conversating with snacks, you hear clinks and laughs! The kindest of staff transports you through borders and before you know it, you feel like you’re in Little Italy!
The Bevi, the hyperlocal, hyperlittle successor to PVD’s long-running and loved Tiny Bar, was such a wonderful experience as the sunlight drifted past the buildings, highlighting a garden filled to overflowing with beautiful flowers and trees.
Alessandra Pallozzi, the owner, was sweet and kind on our visit to Fairydrinksville. Everything you imagined by looking at her beautiful establishment, including the intimate details she added from the detailed ceiling to the lovely fixtures in the bathroom, the cozy, elegant chairs to the fancy inspiring bar – and that magical little cocktail window, she stands behind, smiling at all her guests.
Their excitement and jubilee as she hands them a bevi warms the wake of the setting sun. She shares wonderful stories of a childhood spent in Italy, her inspiration for her beautiful cocktails, and her dedication to fostering the perfectly matching environment! Creating wonder and serenity, Alessandra and her brother Lucio Andreozzi ran a mobile cocktail bar at events, weddings, and celebrations, and now her dream of bringing the mixology magic to a reliable location has come true. “When the tiny bar went on the market this year, the stars aligned and brought us this perfect little getaway in the heart of the jewelry district,” she explains. The bevy bar is my new favorite place to go for a cocktail with a romantic, intimate environment.
