Join a hands-on workshop exploring Latin music with *Lorena Garay* as part of Hispanic Heritage Month. Participants will discover the musical styles and traditions of the Andes, the Spanish Caribbean, South America, Spain and Mexico as they experiment with an extensive collection of hand percussion instruments.
The event is the family kick-off celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month 2015, a statewide celebration of Latino art and culture in Rhode Island, and is presented in partnership with RI Latino Arts.
