Safe Sitter is more than just a babysitting class. It advocates for safe childcare, good parenting skills and responsible adolescents. Instructors are enthusiastic and committed to teens. Most are registered nurses and all are certified to teach Safe Sitter. Instruction for this one-day program includes CPR for infants and children, success on the job, safety for the sitter, managing an emergency, behavior management skills and more.
