This locale is transformed into a mini-Munich for one night! Beer, the obvious headliner of this fest, has some competish with the uber-authentic food and entertainment provided. Traditional German favorites, including pork schnitzel, German potato salad, red cabbage, spaetzels, brats and apple kuchen enjoyed over the sights and sounds of an authentic Oktoberfest Band and German dancers.
