The Cumberland Public Library will hold an Art Lab for teens ages 11-18 on Tuesday, August 19, 2014.
Everyone has the ability to create, and participants will be able to lose themselves in a wealth of materials and let their creative juices flow in a relaxing and encouraging environment! All participants will leave with a piece of art of which they can be proud.
