1. Atlantic Beach Park: Family beach, amusements, kiddy rides, snack bars, antique 1915 carousel, batting cages, bumper boats, go-carts, mini golf, game room, waterslides, gift shop, beachware and an ocean-view cocktail lounge. 321 Atlantic Ave, Westerly.
2. Atlantic Beach: Restroom, no pets. 55 Purgatory Rd, Middletown.
3. Barrington Town Beach: A bit on the rocky side, this stretch is not usually crowded and definitely favors locals over tourists. Great for inspecting tidal pools. No amenities. 87 Bay Rd, Barrington.
4. Blue Shutters Town Beach: Concession stand, picnic tables, restrooms, showers, beach-accessible wheelchairs and discount admission for senior citizens. 469 East Beach Rd, Charlestown.
5. Bristol Town Beach: Playground, pavilion, volleyball, picnic areas, sporting fields, skate park, inline hockey, tennis, 6-mile fitness trail and a basketball court. 50 Asylum Rd, Bristol.
6. Captain Roger Wheeler State Beach: Popular for young children, protected by breakwater. No pets. 100 Sand Hill Cove Rd, Narragansett.
7. Charlestown Breachway: Restroom without showers. Boat ramp and a parking area for trailers. Lifeguard generally on duty. State Beach Rd, Charlestown.
8. Charlestown Town Beach: Newish bathrooms. No smoking. 557 Charlestown Beach Rd, Charlestown.
9. Conimicut Point Beach: Saltwater beach, walking path and playground. Point Ave, Warwick.
10. East Beach: Three miles of saltwater beach, mostly undeveloped. Open from sunrise to sunset. Handicap sand chairs available. No pets. East Beach Rd, Charlestown.
11. East Matunuck State Beach: Over 100 acres of beach, 25 picnic tables. No pets. 50 Succotash Rd, South Kingstown.
12. Easton’s Beach: Cliff Walk adjacent, skate park, carousel and Save the Bay’s Exploration Center. Playground, pavilion, snack bar, restrooms, showers and free use of sand wheelchairs. No pets allowed. 175 Memorial Blvd, Newport.
13. Fogland Beach (Tiverton Town Beach): Swimming, picnic facilities, fishing and playground. Restrooms, showers and changing rooms. Fogland Rd, Tiverton.
14. Fort Wetherill State Park Beach: Not far from quaint eateries and Fort Adams. Not much sand, but it gets deep fast, making it a favorite, if murky, spot to learn or practice scuba. 3 Fort Wetherill Rd, Jamestown.
15. Fred Benson Town Beach: Lifeguards 10am to 5pm. 7 Corn Neck Rd, New Shoreham.
16. Goddard Memorial State Park: Saltwater beach and bathhouse, hundreds of picnic tables, almost a dozen game fields and a performing arts center. 1095 Ives Rd, East Greenwich.
17. Grinnell’s Beach: Small family-oriented beach on the Sakonnet River. Lifeguards 9am – 4pm when available. Main Rd, Tiverton.
18. Horseneck Beach: 600 acres of barrier beach and salt marsh. Two miles of breezy beach, great for windsurfing. 5 John Reed Rd, Westport, Massachusetts.
19. Island Park Beach: Free admission, zero facilities. Park Ave, Portsmouth.
20. Mackerel Cove Beach: Lifeguards on duty. Beavertail Rd, Jamestown.
21. Misquamicut State Beach: Half a mile of clean, clear water beaches and a low surf zone. Plenty of parking, a pavilion, shady structures, coin-operated showers, changing rooms, restrooms, concessions and first aid.

22. Narragansett Town Beach: Half a mile of public beach, two pavilions, lifeguards, concession stand, restrooms, first aid and handicap accessibility. Boston Neck Rd, Narragansett.
23. Newport Cliff Walk: Not exactly a beach, but still a great seaside experience. 117 Memorial Blvd, Newport.
24. North Kingstown Town Beach: Narrow, gravel, shaded lawn beach with a retaining wall and picnic tables behind it. No animals allowed. Beach St, North Kingstown.
25. Oakland Beach: Bay inlet beach, saltwater with local restaurants and boat landing.Oakland Beach Ave, Warwick.
26. Ocean Beach: Half a mile of boardwalk, Olympic-sized swimming pool, locker area. 98 Neptune Ave, New London, Connecticut.
27. Salty Brine Beach: No undertow, gradual drop at the shoreline and concessions. Good for kids and near a fishing port. 254 Great Island Rd, Narragansett.
28. Sandy Point Beach: Changing rooms, restrooms and lifeguards. 2200 East Main Rd, Portsmouth.
29. Scarborough Beach: Stone pavilion, and 60 acres of the finest sand in RI. Lifeguards, restrooms, showers and concessions. 870 Ocean Rd, Narragansett.
30. Second Beach: Immediate access to saltwater beach. Toilets and hot showers, no pets allowed. 474 Sachuest Point Rd, Middletown.
31. South Kingstown Town Beach: Boardwalk, playground, volleyball court and picnic area. 719 Matunuck Beach Rd, South Kingstown.
32. South Shore Beach: Lifeguards on duty. No pets allowed. 125 South Shore Rd, Little Compton.
