At Providence, snow is likely Tue starting 1am and ending 5pm, possibly mixing with rain and freezing rain 11am – 6pm as the temperature rises above freezing 1pm– 5pm. Because of the timing of the precipitation, commuters may encounter icy road conditions and significant slowing of traffic, along with slightly reduced visibility.

The rest of the week will be fair but seasonably cold, with afternoon highs at or slightly above 30°F and overnight lows at or slightly below 20°F, and the next chance of snow Thu night into Fri.
