Ever wonder where your coffee comes from? Come to Java and meet the people who grow it! Our newest offering, from the Dominican Republic, comes from the Cafe La Coturra plantation which is owned by Fr. Juan Francisco of Providence. Not only do they produce a terrific coffee, they also offer refuge to the endangered La Coturra parrot and are helping to promote ecotourism in the region. La Coturra is a great example of the ways coffee can make a difference!
