Urban Greens has always been about the intersection of local food and the local
economy.  We deeply believe that food is a great source of health and wealth for
all. Income generated from the grocery store will be a positive local catalyst and
help build more “Green” projects for our members and vendors.  So in this time of
local farm abundance we are starting to talk about local investing to keep our farms
growing for years to come and hosting cooking demos that stretch the season. Please
join us at the first ever LOCAL GREEN Meet & Greet on August 28th at AS220. Let’s
