On November 20th and 21st, the State Ballet of Rhode Island opens its 56th performing season with a Rhode Island tradition, Herci Marsden’s Coppélia. This classic comedic story ballet will surely enhance your holiday season and entertain you, as it has entertained audiences for more than 140 years. Set to music by Leo Delibes, Coppélia’s mysterious toymaker, lifesize dancing dolls, and “happily ever after” winter wedding celebration will captivate your entire family.
