Bad Rabbits have been around for a while but this is being touted as their moment to break out internationally, fusing rock and funk. The Met, 999 Main St, Pawtucket, 9pm. Feb 14

Be My Ally: The Upstander Play: Written by a collaboration of kids from Manton Avenue Project’s Tag Team Program and performed by adults, tickets are pay-what-you-can at the door in the Media and Arts Center at the Met School 325 Public Street, Providence.

Lantern Tour in Colonial Newport: Looking for a little less romance and a little more history this Valentine’s Day?
